You authorize GHA Technologies to register a domain name of your choice when you make an order for any of our cloud plans or business power apps.
You grant GHA Technologies full authority and administration of all domains registered to you on the aforementioned websites.
You accept responsibility for all domain names you request GHA Technologies to transfer to another service provider or yourself. Upon such a request any services tied to the domain will be terminated with communication sent to you via Text Messages, WhatsApp Messages, Emails, or Telephone calls.
You accept to facilitate GHA Technologies in transferring in a domain name to your account with us.
You accept to facilitate GHA Technologies in changing nameservers of your existing domain registered elsewhere if you opt out of domain registration with us during order process.

You agree that any content stored or published in your account is lawful under the Law of the country of residence.
You agree that you are solely responsible for the content residing within your account.
You agree that you shall not transmit, store, present or disseminate any or part of information that infringes copyright, trademark or any intellectual property rights of any country.
You agree that the following actions shall not be conducted by your account: Internet Relay Chat, Remote Desktop Protocol, Virtual Private Network, Excessive Email Marketing (Spamming)
You agree that GHA Technologies operating the aforementioned websites reserves the right to suspend without notice, your account and blacklist your email address(s), mobile phone number(s), ip addresses if you violate clause 4 of Content & Data Restrictions. This is an indefinite ban without right of appeal.
You agree that in the eventuality of service(s) cancellation that GHA Technologies operating the aforementioned websites reserves the right to delete all backups of your account immediately.
You agree to protect GHA Technologies operating the aforementioned websites from any legal procedure(s) culminating from your own actions.

GHA Technologies operating the aforementioned websites shall ensure the connectivity and access of all and any services under your account at all times.
GHA Technologies operating the aforementioned websites shall protect you from any cyber attacks affecting your server.
GHA Technologies operating the aforementioned websites shall protect all data in your account at all times from breach and illegal access culminating from server vulnerabilities and insecurites.
You grant GHA Technologies operating the aforementioned websites full and exclusive administration rights for the server made available to you.
You grant GHA Technologies operating the aforementioned websites full and exclusive administration rights for securing the server made available to you.
You grant GHA Technologies operating the aforementioned websites full and exclusive administration rights to configure any technologies and services for the server made available to you with notification via Email, SMS or Telephone Call.
You agree to assist in setup or configuration of any services under your account such as access credentials or any data migrated to your account.

You agree that you are not entitled to a refund for service(s) already used.
You agree that you are only eligible for a refund if you open a ticket for a service not yet setup by GHA Technologies operating the aforementioned websites.
You agree that you are not eligible for any refund if on placing an order or renewing an order you choose or request that GHA Technologies operating the aforementioned websites does not register a domain name for your service(s).
You agree that you shall cover any costs for a refund.
You agree to give GHA Technologies operating the aforementioned websites upto thirty(30) days from the date you raised a ticket for a refund.
You agree that GHA Technologies operating the aforementioned websites may choose to refund you with any of the outlined payment gateways in its websites to smoothen the refund process and fast track you refund request.
