How to order for cloud account?
- Go to www.ghatechnologies.info/my to sign up for an account.
- Check your email address for auto-generated password.
- Sign in to your account and change password.
- Enter any necessary information about yourself such as a Safaricom M-PESA Registered Mobile Phone number, your full address for billing etc.
- On the sidebar choose Shared Cloud or Servers to order for hosting account.
- Choose the plan you are interested in and choose a checkout method to proceed with payment. You will always receive an SMS and Email for pending and paid invoices.
Note: Setting up your order can take upto 2 hrs. To fast track this we advise you to raise a ticket if you need a migration of your websites from another service provider.

How can I transfer in a domain?

- Choose Domains on left sidebar and Transfer in your domain

I already have a domain elsewhere can I use it?
- Yes. You can use it Sign in to your account at www.ghatechnologies.info/my
- Choose Shared Cloud or Servers to order for a server account
- Enter the domain name in the domain name field and proceed to checkout with payment options available.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email and SMS notification, you can proceed to respective server account and change nameservers to the ones received in your email address.
Note: You can fully manage your Domain with us no restrictions.
What happens when my server account expires?
- You will always receive communication via official channels i.e Email, SMS and Telephone call before and after your server account expires.
- Your data will be available for five(5) days as a courtesy unless communicated to us otherwise via a ticket.
Note: You are advised to consult with Billing Department by raising a ticket if you have any issues renewing your server account.
Can you refund me for a service?
Yes. but limited to the restrictions on our Terms of Service.
Can I resell my server space for servers service option?
You are allowed to host as many websites in your Server space so long as it follows our Terms of Use.

What can I do with a Managed VPS?
Unfortunately, we do not give any of our customers root access to any of our server options.
However, you can do the following right from your control panel account (not CWP):
- create, update and delete new packages to resell to your clients.
- create new accounts for new clients with domain name.
You can also raise a ticket for the following free requests:
- install SSL certificates purchased elsewhere.
- migrate over accounts from other service providers – we support only CWP to CWP or CPanel to CWP migrations.
- G-Suite email account configurations
Note: You can fully manage your customers accounts in CWP Panel individually.

How is server management different from support offered for all VPS options?

I have a different panel license?
As you know we only support Centos-Web Panel for FREE. With this said we do not support other panels currently.
How can I access my control panel?
- Sign in to your account at www.ghatechnologies.info/my
- Choose Shared Cloud on left sidebar and choose the server account you want to access from the dropdown list.
- You can add subdomains, addon domains, email accounts, ssl certificates, ftp accounts and databases in each account.
Note: You can always access your account via CWP PRO Panel directly from server account dashboard if you prefer. If you need help you can always contact us.
I cannot access my control panel?
- Go to Sign in to your account at www.ghatechnologies.info/my
- Choose Forgot Password on sign in page to reset your password.
- Follow the steps to receive a confirmation code in your registered email address and change your password OR choose SMS to get confirmation code to the registered +254 mobile number.
Note: If you cannot access the email address you registered with you can always contact us through our official channels.
How can I raise a ticket in my control panel?
- Go to Sign in to your account at www.ghatechnologies.info/my
- Choose Support and Raise a Ticket.
- Server account name is mandatory but overlooked when the issue is unrelated.
- Check your registered email address for ticket replies from our Support team.
